2008 Anniversary Sunday, May 18

On Sunday, May 17, 2008 we at Providence celebrated our 54th Anniversary. Our special pulpit guest that day was Rev. Stephen Cook, Senior Pastor, First Baptist, Danville, VA. Stephen is a former Providence member, and the son of Janis & Hunter Cook.
Following our worship service, a BBQ picnic lunch, featuring Gary's BBQ was served outside. Images on this page are from the 2008 celebration.
